About HLL
Heartland Latino Leadership is non-profit organization (501c3). Heartland Latino Leadership manages four distinctive programs:
(1) The annual conference that offers innovative leadership training opportunities for Latinos and community at large that will foster their ability to perform in a vital, resourceful and balanced capacity in their personal and professional lives.
(2) The academic scholarship program that fosters the personal and professional development of Latino youth by providing scholarship funds for higher education and exposure to leadership opportunities that will help them to shape their visions as future leaders of our community.
(3) The community awards program that recognizes the achievements of Latinos that have contributed to the growth and development of our community. By recognizing their achievements we also intend to inspire others to contribute and support the common good.
(4) The career expo program facilitates and fosters connections between Latino professionals and companies looking to recruit Latino talent.
